People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Any additional people should be added under "extras". --- 2025 - REOPENED Hello guests! We have re-opened our spot - so many people have reached out, it's been hard to not allow bookings. Although the app is still problematic, we will work with you to find a solution. Please understand our slow responses are due to the app. IMPORTANT NOTE TO GUESTS I struggle with chronic illness / an autoimmune disease that often has me sidelined. You are welcome to park in my driveway or on the street in front of the home. Please stay off the deck. There is a patio on the ground where beach chairs are available for people to sit. Water is also available from the garden hose under the deck to wash your pup or to give them a drink. Place your trash in the trash can under the deck stairs prior to leaving.
