Hi! I enjoy relaxing on my deck with my 2 pups. I also love watching reality TV while putting puzzles together!
I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.
Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. 1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.
