Private Fully Fenced Yard Off Baptist Road With Mountian Range View

This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog won’t get out of. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. Also seating area and a picnic table. (Please don’t use the fire pit or hot tub) Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe, scenic and relaxing. Please see pictures for more details. We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres between the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an inground pool that is dog friendly. **note the price listed is for pups**. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $30. *** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we will approve them if given enough notice. Please reach out with any questions! We have horses for neighbors and great views. Welcome to our backyard oasis and make yourself at home! Our family just loves dogs. We lost our 15 year old yellow lab, Bo, in October, so we love to see other doggos enjoying their time here. You’re welcome to relax and make yourself at home while your dogs play. We offer seating on our deck under the shade of two umbrellas. We also have a playset with swings and a trampoline for your kids to enjoy. There will be poop bags, dog toys and water available as well as a waste bin for your trash. Please park on the road near the tree in in our front yard, or up the road by the mailboxes. You may enter the backyard through the gate on the right side when facing the house.
