Private Dog Training & Enrichment Yard – Fully Fenced & Secure Welcome to my Sniffspot! This spacious, fully fenced yard offers a safe and enriching environment for your dog to explore, train, and play. Whether your pup enjoys running, sniffing, or tackling agility equipment, this is the perfect spot to let them burn energy and have fun. Features: ✅ Fully fenced (4-5 ft fencing) – Secure for most dogs ✅ Agility equipment – A-frame, tunnels, and more for training or fun ✅ Spacious grassy area – Perfect for fetch, zoomies, or scent work ✅ Quiet and private – Ideal for reactive or shy dogs ✅ Parking available on-site Note: My neighbors have two dogs who may occasionally be outside, but the fencing provides a solid barrier between properties. If your dog is highly reactive, please keep this in mind when booking. We are continuously working to improve this space and will be adding new features over time to enhance the experience for both you and your pup! As a professional dog trainer, I’ve designed this space to be safe, engaging, and accommodating for dogs of all sizes and activity levels. 8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. The pond is pretty cool too. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎 The pool is off limits
