My name is Christina. I love all animals big and small. We have a wonderful fenced in yard, that my dog absolutely loves, and id like to share with you and your pets.
Fully fenced in space with do agility equipment, toys, balls, and water for thirsty pups. Seating for humans. Entrance: fence door entrance from driveway. Just push the black lock in and push the right door in. Parking: driveway
Fully fenced yard with over an acre. Half is manicured grass and half is well maintained wooded area to explore. Lots of shade on a hot day with seating for humans! Swing set. Dead end of cul de sac with long driveway provides ample parking
Open space jump run roll ready
Beautiful back yard with tall trees and gardens. Room for your dog to run full speed and explore and sniff the yard's different areas and other past dogs. There is both sun and shade to sit and relax in. Easy parking on the street. Walk down the Long Driveway with the Brown Garage, away from the street. It is surrounded by other quiet back yards. 6-foot wood fence between the yard and street. Completely Private and peaceful. Water and rubber balls provided to dogs.
Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!
Lots of grass, perimeter of the yard can be dug in as well as around the swing set. Fully fenced. There is a pool, but it's use is not permitted since there is no entry/exit access for your dog.

Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.
