We have a large pack - 3 dogs, 1 special needs cat, always 1 foster dog in rotation, and 23 chickens
Our sniff spot is a fully fenced in area that is a great place to be with your dog !!!! There is some ferny rock climbing for the adventurous and some areas where your dog will enjoy running around ! Some toys are available just please be respectful and put everything back where you found it ! Hope This brings some peace of mind for your dog to run about and play in a safe fenced in environment!
Quarter of an acre, fully fenced, tree shaded, perfect for the zoomies! Dog pool provided from May to October, balls and thrower, and tug toys too! Drinking water for your four footed pals, plus small reward treats available.
Welcome to the Zoomie Zone! The Zoomie Zone was born out of our extensive dog rescue volunteer work and the benefits that a Sniffspot brings to those who have dogs, but don't have a yard for them to run in. Not all dogs are dog-park dogs (and not all humans properly supervise their dogs at dog parks - making it an unsafe place at times)! We deeply care about dogs being healthy and happy - and staying in their homes! All funds generated from our Sniffspot go right back into our dog rescue efforts (we foster, transport thousands of miles per year, coordinate adoptions/fosters, etc.) This private paradise is a doggie dream come true! Nearly an acre of fully fenced-in freedom awaits your pup to run, sniff, and zoom to their heart's content. With secure 5-foot no-climb fencing, you can relax knowing your furry friend is safe while they enjoy their grand adventure. A private parking area leads you straight to the fun, where you’ll find all the perks to keep tails wagging. From a tether tree tug station for epic games of tug-of-war to a bin brimming with toys like ball launchers and frisbees, the Zoomie Zone is the ultimate playground for your pup. For humans, there’s plenty of seating and even a clear pop-up tent to keep you cozy in case of rain, wind, or snow. Want to join the action? Get your steps in while your dog explores—10 laps around the perimeter equals one mile! It's the perfect spot for exercise, bonding, and all the joyful zoomies your pup can muster. Conveniently located just off I-81, the Zoomie Zone is waiting to be your dog’s new favorite spot. Whether it’s for a special outing or a regular retreat, this is where happy paws meet happy hearts. The property offers over 1.5 acres of open play space. The pool area is fully fenced in and is a great for summer usage. Great wide open running space on a mostly flat grassland. Plenty of trees line the perimeters of the property, with some trees located within the property. We have guest WiFi, 2 locations to access drinking/play water for dogs (left & right of house). There are two outlets available for charging your devices if needed, located at the porch and the other on the deck. During warmer months we have a kiddie pool for smaller dogs who can’t access the main pool. We have 2 water hoses with available attachments for sprayers and sprinklers (readily available). During the winter months, the snow can be a lot of fun for you and your furry friend, my dogs love running and jumping in the snow. We are conveniently located near many local wildlife trails, state parks, lakes and farms. You can also find local food for both yourself and your dog nearby.
The majority of our yard is wooded whttps://www.sniffspot.com/waiver-and-releaseith a cleared path so you can take a mini hike down the hill to the creek with your fur-baby! We also have a flatter area close to the house where your dog can run and lounge.
