Description

I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. Shuttle services available for an additional fee

Kayak Shuttle Service / Tubes40 credits

I can take up to 3 kayaks depending on size. I’ll put your kayaks in the back of my truck and take you upstream 3 miles and drop you off so you can paddle back to my property/your vehicle. I can also transport you in you want to bring your tubes. I can drop you off either 2 or 3 miles up depending on how long you want to tube. I can transport kayaks up to ten miles for an additional $10. Just book the hour that you’ll arrive and you can take as long as you’d like to get back to my property.

No smoking. Have to be able to make sure your dog doesn’t run onto my neighbors property. Plenty of land available for your dog to run

Beautiful scenic spot just outside of Staunton! This mostly level space offers lots of options for your fur family. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water!
