Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. We offer a fully fenced space for your dog to run, play, or swim. Towel, toys and water are available. The doggie parents can enjoy a putting green while the dogs play.

Welcome to my back yard! The property is a half acre where it’s divided into separate playtime options. There is the main area with the flat concrete area and plenty of yard space for your pup to run. This area is fully fenced. This is also the area where I have a dog and 2 cats inside the house that would be visible through the sliding glass doors. I could put my dog in the garage if requested to be out of sight. The other area of the property is where the fruit trees are. I have chickens that usually roam free out there so you’d have to let me know if your dog does not know chickens and would want to be over there. This area is not fenced in. There are 2 openings front and back for your dog to get out and is only for dogs with good recall. If they want to be around the chickens I can keep them out. The option to keep them in their coop is also an option if you’d like to have access to the additional space but don’t think your dog would react well to the chickens. I hope you and your dog can enjoy the space as much as I do. It’s a gem and when the fruit trees and vines are producing you are welcome to help yourself 🙏 Ask about eggs for sale.
