Fully fenced 150’ x 50’ private lot (just over 7,500 sq ft) shaded by mature oak trees — the perfect natural playground for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. While the space is fully enclosed with chain-link fencing, it’s not fully private — your pup might spot Saint, our sweet and calm neighbor dog, who often sits quietly or gently engages through the fence. Most visiting dogs love his company, and some just ignore him while they explore.

Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. My backyard is all natural. Lots of shade trees and sticks if your dogs like them. You don’t have to worry about your dog messing anything up. They can even do a little digging if that’s what they like to do. One of my neighbors has an older dog that is not outside very often. If it does come outside, it may yap for a bit before he tires himself out.
