Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the gravel pad in the front of the house - max 2 cars per visit (additional cars will be charged) *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBOR'S YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. Two benches are outside for your comfort while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy!

Let your furbaby’s run free, play catch, or relax in our backyard while the kids keep themselves entertained on the swing set, ninja line, pool or trampoline (play is at your own risk, not responsible for injuries, must bring own towel). Mornings are typically full sun, while afternoons offer partial shaded area to cool off after a long day. Other amenities include table with umbrella and chairs, dog toys, shaded dog shack, pooper scooper, poop bags w/disposal bucket, water bowl, water hose/sprinkler.

A reactive dog himself, our rescue Reptar understands the value of private playtime in a safe space and invites you to enjoy his personal pup oasis! We welcome you and your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We offer a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

We have over a half an acre, entirely fenced in with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. Conveniently located in the City of Manassas, right near 28, but it feels like you are in a wide open country space. Very few trees, plenty of room to run. Access to water and baby pool, toys and chairs for owners to use.

But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS.
