Please leave the property clean for the next guests. 2. Gate Policy • The front gate must remain closed at all times. • Open it only when entering or exiting, and make sure it is closed securely behind you. 3. Mini Lake Safety • There is a small lake on the property with fish and turtles. • Please supervise dogs near the water and ensure their safety. 4. Neighboring Animals • Neighbors have chickens, goats, cows, and other animals. • Dogs must not disturb or approach them under any circumstances. 5. Supervision • Dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times while on the property. 6. Emergency Contact • You may call me at any time if needed. 7. Leash on Arrival/Departure • Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the property to prevent escapes or contact with neighbor animals. 8. No Aggressive Dogs • Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are non-aggressive and safe to be around others (including wildlife). 9. No Littering • Please take all trash, toys, and personal items with you when leaving. 10. Respect the Land • No digging large holes, damaging fences, or harming trees/plants. 11. No Smoking or Fires • To protect the land and wildlife, smoking, fire pits, and fireworks are not allowed. 12. Children Supervision • If children are present, they must be supervised at all times and stay within the property boundaries. 13. Time Limit • Please respect your booked time and leave the property promptly for the next guest.
