Neighbors may occasionally walk their dogs past, and my neighbor to the west has a small dog that is occasionally outside. The house and garage block much of the visibility and both the sidewalk and neighbor’s house are at minimum 100 yards away.

I have indoor cats that sometimes sit in the window next to the back door, and one indoor/outdoor cat who can be brought inside if necessary. I have seen unfamiliar cats on the property before, but not often and almost exclusively at night.

The house is a good distance from the road so traffic and other ambient noise is minimal. No neighbors are close enough that you would overhear typical conversational speaking, but noise from lawnmowers or similar may be audible at times. There is an elementary school nearby and occasionally the sounds of kids at recess can carry over. There is usually very little foot traffic on the sidewalk, except between about 3-4 PM on school days when the students from the nearby schools (there are 3) pass by on their way home.

Description

Lots of room to run! Kiddie pool, drinking water available on request. Goose, deer, & bunny sightings likely. Mostly open space but there are plenty of shade trees to enjoy! The section of the yard near the house and behind the garage are very well lit at night.
