This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. We have a kiddie pool and splash pad available for those hotter days or for pups who just love the water. Water bowls on site as well. Plenty of balls for playtime! Peaceful and private. We are not handicap accessible for those that require a wheelchair or walker.

Bull Valley Family Farm

Come and let your dog explore, play, and swim on our beautiful family farm. Our farm means the world to us and we think you will love it just as much. Our farm lies on 16 acres in Bull Valley, Illinois. Although it is not fenced in, our property is doggy heaven for dogs trained to be off-leash. Come take a walk, bring a frisbee/ball, or just come let your dog sniff and explore. Please do not go into the land beyond the caution tape and signs. That is not part of our sniff spot. We have many farm animals on our property as well. Please be respectful of our property. We take pride in our farm and love sharing it, but we want to keep it beautiful. Entry in any of the barns/buildings is prohibited. Please remain in the back of our property. We do live on the property and appreciate our privacy. FYI, this is a working farm. Sometimes as you are pulling in, there might be cars/people in the barns and lot. Please keep that in mind as you are arriving and if your dog is reactive, bring a leash until you can get into the back field.

Hi everyone! The chicks all went to homes so it is completely quiet again! We have had extreme winds, so between visits I am putting things away, if you book quickly I'll let you know where the water bowls are to pull out. Otherwise I'll always have them set out with fresh water. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and hang out / sunset views for days here! * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but CATTLE fencing so great for larger dogs & dogs with GOOD recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property! * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy. * Anyone is more than welcome to use the yard around the house, just give me a heads up so we have it set for you 😊 this area is best for small dogs or runners and track stars, lol fully fenced!

Corsa's Yard!

This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. The yard is well lit for night trips!
