Description

Hello and Welcome! We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, refreshments, and other amenities are available. Complimentary dog treats! Check out our available "Extras" too! We hope you have fun and come back! HOST NOTE

The fencing has several tubular metal farm gates with openings up to 8", which may allow entry/exit for smaller dogs. The farm fence is topped with a single electric wire, which we keep turned OFF during all customer visits to our SniffSpot. Note: the pond is contained within a wire perimeter (a single wire, about 3.5' off the ground, marked with flags) to keep our horse from leaving manure in and around the pond during the offseason. You and your dog(s) can safely pass under (or around) the wire, without worry. The pond, the wire, and the surrounding 2 acres are all fully enclosed within the aforementioned, secure, 4' farm fence. We do operate a small family farm, and we raise a variety of farm animals. Adjacent to the fenced SniffSpot, our horse, donkey, and goats are enclosed within electric fences, which we keep turned ON for the safety of our animals. Please stay clear of the farm animal enclosures, which are outside of, and NOT part of our SniffSpot. Please keep your dog(s) leashed until they are safely within the SniffSpot. Of course, all of our farm animals poop. While our farm animals don't normally share space with our SniffSpot, sometimes sh*t happens. If your dog finds manure delightful, don't worry! A hose is available for easy cleanup. AAA Farm Fresh Eggs XL$5

We have farm fresh XL chicken eggs available by request (pickup in parking lot Info Center). These are farm fresh eggs, $5/dozen - just rinse and refrigerate when you get home.

AAA XXL Fresh Duck Eggs$7.5

We have farm fresh XXL duck eggs by the dozen (pickup in parking lot Info Center). These are fresh pekin duck eggs. Just like chicken eggs but bigger and more yolk! Perfect for baking or scrambling! Just rinse and refrigerate when you get home. Try them! You might love them!

Catch & Release Fishing for 2$20

This allows Catch and Release Fishing for 2 people for 1 hour, or for 1 person for up to 4 hours.

A beautiful 20 acre ranch with options galore! We have a fully stocked pond if you want to fish while your dog plays or swims! Meander through the back 10 acres which is open pasture plus a wooded duck pond (accessible through the gate outside the mud lot. Go between the first barn and horse mud lot into grassy area. Behind the little shelter on the outside there’s a gate into the farm land. Walk along fence line to back acreage -map in the last picture) We are building an obstacle course up front (while it’s for horses, doggos are welcome to use it too!), need a fully fenced in area? No problem, our backyard is made for dogs and is totally enclosed! Need somewhere indoors if weather is crummy? We also have an indoor riding arena to use if lessons and training aren’t in session. We are just across the street from Twin Creek Metropark if you want your excursion to continue! This is a horse training and lesson facility so if your dog can’t handle horses and people this may not be a good spot for you. Our backyard is not utilized so this would be a safe area to let your dog roam without the worry of other dogs or horses and humans. I do have a client that has a well behaved dog that is occasionally on property. The quietest areas are at the front of the property, the back 10 acres, or our backyard. We would love to have you out and happy to answer any questions you may have!
