PARK RULES Owners and care providers are limited to 4 dogs at any one time in the Park. Abide by our local park rules, as posted on the front gate. All dogs should be wearing a collar displaying an identification tag with your dog's name, owners name and telephone number. Aggressive dogs are not welcome. In-season females are NOT ALLOWED into the park as they create disturbances and aggressive behaviors. Your dog should be under voice control at all times. Always clean up after your dog. Fill any holes your dog digs. For the safety of everyone, children should be under strict adult supervision at all times. Keep your pet on a leash until you are into the holding pen. Remove choke chains or prong collars before allowing your dog to play with others. Keep your dog's leash with you at all times. Water is available but it's always a good idea to carry your own. PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG All persons are required to IMMEDIATELY clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in appropriate containers. Fill in any holes your dog has left behind. Be courteous and leave the park better than you found it. It's the small gesture multiplied by dozens of daily visitors that makes these sites successful. BE A RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER Keep licenses and vaccinations up to date. No dogs under 16 weeks of age should enter the park as they are NOT fully immunized. Spay or neuter all pet dogs for everyone's health and safety. ENTERING AND EXITING THE DOG PARK Please use the double-gated entry to help your dog make the transition into the group of dogs already there. Check that the inside gate is closed before opening the outside gate. Enter the holding pen and close the outside gate. Remove your dog's leash inside the holding pen. This will help reduce the anxiety he/she may feel when confronted by a group of strange off-leash dogs. Open the inside gate and enter the dog park. When you leave, reverse the process.
2/3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Agility field
Our Sniffspot is located on a quiet dead end in the back of Montara, CA. It is fully fenced. It contains 2 fields, a lower and upper, both suitable for use. I will have agility courses set up a portion of the time. Please do not move equipment if there is a numbered course set up. You are free to use tunnels and jumps, but please be careful on the contact obstacles if they are set up. Please watch your dogs and do not allow them to mark the obstacles, tunnels, jumps or weave poles. If they do, can you kindly rinse with the watering can. Do not place any human items or treats on the dog walk. Do not rest or lean on the dog walk. It is an expensive piece of equipment, not a table. Note: there are chickens and horses next door at times, please do not allow your dogs to bark or charge the fence at them. Also, do not let your dogs repeatedly run up to the horses if they are near the fence, and potentially scare them. They are not as visible from the lower field. I have an older dog that sometimes barks from inside the house but she is not visible. Thanks for exploring our Sniffspot!

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around before the bend that is downstream. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. Maximum 2 people per dog. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!

Tracey's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In San Leandro
My yard is on its journey to becoming the perfect pit stop. The full lot is 0.3 acres with wildlife bordering majority of the yard - if you’re lucky, wildlife like deer & lots of squirrels + birds can be spotted! I pick up after my dogs on the weekend. Edit 1/19/25: Construction debris on/around the deck has been removed. Edit 4/17/25: Fencing along the right side (when you walk in) has been re-done! Edit 6/16/25: We have regularly scheduled landscaping which will hopefully help with foxtails. Please remember this is a yard and not a dog park. Guests are responsible for the safety of any additional visitors, including children, during their visit.

🐾 Welcome to Maxie Pool! The first private swimming pool in the area, designed just for dogs to splash, swim, and have fun! 🌞 About the Pool -Chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. -Pool depth & entry steps: The pool goes up to 9 ft deep on the east side, but most of the west side is waist-high shallow water. There are 3 wide steps where dogs can easily enter, rest, or leave the pool. -Dog life jackets in XS/S/M/L sizes (one of each), pool toys, and treats available. -Solar-heated by the sun through solar panels, so water temperature depends on sunshine and weather (not a jacuzzi or gas-heated pool). - Trees provide shade during most of the daytime in the backyard for guests to sit and relax. -The backyard has a mix of stone, mulch, pebbles, and turf, giving dogs plenty of textures and areas to explore. -A few extras provided: sunscreen, wipes, a privacy tent, and life vests for humans to make your visit easier. ✨ Before You Book -This is a dog pool — the focus is for your pups to enjoy the water. Even though we clean after every visit and run the filter constantly, dogs naturally bring in hair, oils, dust, and dirt. This is not a resort-style pool for people. Water may be clearer on weekdays than weekends. -Please brush your dog before swimming to reduce shedding(brushes are provided) 👥 Guests & Dogs -2 guests included with the first dog. Each additional dog includes 1 guest free. -Extra guests: $15/person/hour. If you are bringing more guests, you can select in the EXTRA section when booking. -For safety reasons, children under 16 are not allowed. -Bringing 4+ dogs or hosting a doggy party? Please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help arrange! 🏊 Pool Rules To keep the pool safe and enjoyable for everyone: -Supervise your dogs at all times — no coach/lifeguard provided. -Pets & humans swim at their own risk. -No bathroom available — please plan ahead. We do have a privacy tent for guests to change clothes. -No food, treats, or glassware in the pool. -No peeing/pooping in the pool — let us know immediately if your pup has accidents happen. -Dogs must be leashed entering/exiting; off-leash only once the pool steel gate is locked. Keep the pool steel gate locked at all times. -Keep noise down — no yelling, screaming, or loud music (quiet neighborhood). -Respect landscaping — there are plants, turf, rocks, and mulch; dogs play at their own risk. -Bring your own towels — no hoses, outlets, dryers, or shower facilities available. -Do not touch pool equipment — misuse will result in charges. -Pool cleaning is every Monday — there may be pool chemicals present. -Security cameras are at the entrance and backyard; footage is reviewed only for incidents. 💙 Thank you for helping us keep Maxie Pool fun, safe, and clean for every pup. We can’t wait to welcome you and your dog for a tail-wagging good swim!
