Come out and enjoy the country air at this rural site South of Ionia minutes from 96 and 66. Bring a chair and enjoy the sun or the shade of the trees. Located adjacent to a working crop and beef farm, this fully fenced half acre yard is a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air, country quiet, and the occasional farm equipment or cattle sightings. Three sides of the yard are 4’ chainlink, the fourth side is livestock fence shared with a cattle pasture that has 8” square openings. If your dog cannot abide the fence with larger openings, please choose a different Sniffspot. Because, we are adjacent to an operating farm, please help us be kind neighbors. Keep dogs on leash until secured within the fence area and if the cattle are nearby, please try to keep barking at the cattle to a minimum. Most people enjoy watching the cattle, especially in the spring with their calves. Also, make sure to park in the designated areas only to keep the main flow clear for farm traffic. We are a new Sniffspot, so we have several amenities we are excited to add, but getting a general feel for interest before further investment. Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials.
