Description

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

Additional rules

Guests will have full access to the grass areas of our yard. Please refrain from having your pet access the deck. Guests are also not permitted to use the hot tub. The patio and patio furniture is accessible and permitted for all guests. Please feel free to make yourselves comfortable. When leaving you can also throw any trash in the trash bins located at the top of the driveway. If your pet needs additional water, you may use the water hose located near the garage. There is a power outlet as well as a a cell phone charging station located on one of the pergola columns. Please feel free to use as needed to charge your phone or other items. Guests are also expected to clean up after their pets. As we generally have many back to back bookings, we ask that guests strictly adhere to their arrival and departure times.

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon!
