Stop! Please read everything below! It is very important info. The pool vacuum hose is almost always in the pool and my dogs just swim over it. If this will be an issue for you or your dogs, please don’t book. maximum of 4 dogs and 2 adult handlers ONLY. No children allowed at any time!!!! Humans must pay an extra $5 per person charge to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. Please read everything carefully to make sure this is a good match for you and your dog. This is 100% a non smoking property. Do not smoke anything while at my property. Enjoy!

Additional rules

everything must be returned as you found it including furniture/umbrella. Please bring fully floatable toys. Please brush long/double coated dogs before arrival (eg labs, goldens, akita, Rottweilers, etc). This is critical. Please potty dogs in front yard prior to entering the back yard and clean up after your dog. No bags are provided so please bring your own. Starting June until November - guests must clean the skimmer basket by taking it out, reaching in, pulling out debris and using the hose to clean off the skimmer sock. This must be done before you enter the pool AND at the end. This is to help make sure the pool pump doesn’t get clogged by fur and can circulate the water. At the 55 minute mark, please skim the pool with the net and skim until your time is done. Dogs must be out of the pool when you use the net. Remove fur in the garbage can. This process for the pool is critical as a pool that doesn’t circulate (due to fur) will go green in 1 day during the summer. If the pool goes green after your stay, you will not be allowed back. Please lower umbrella back down when you leave. No smoking!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.
