The large swimming pool provides a refreshing escape for dogs to splash around and cool off. My passion for dogs is deep, including those with behavioral challenges. Providing essentials like doggie bags, sunscreen, tanning lotion, bug spray, food, and water shows my dedication to ensuring both the dogs and their owners have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The thoughtful amenities don't stop there – with outlets for charging phones and Wi-Fi for playing music on speakers, my backyard is designed to cater to modern needs while enjoying the outdoors. The inviting seating options, whether in the sun or shade, offer a cozy spot for dog owners to relax and watch their furry companions have a blast. Welcome to Hidden Tropical Oasis! We are grateful your booking with us. Please take note of the following important guidelines: - Your Fur babies count as a person when booking. -Clean up the poop in the yard from your Fur babies - Ensure the gate is closed behind you when entering or exiting. - Children must always be supervised and closely accompanied. - Alcohol is permitted; however, no glassware is allowed. Please use plastic or thermal drink-ware. - Keep music at a moderate volume before 10 AM and after 7 PM. - Plants should only be admired, not touched. - Smoking is allowed; please dispose of cigarette butts in the standing ashtray that is under the canopy. - There are two trash cans available, one near the pool and another by the grill. All trash must be picked up and thrown away. There will be a booking after yours. - If you purchased additional gas amenities (grill, heater, fire pits), please turn off the gas after use. - Feel free to use the provided plastic utensils, plates, cups, cocktail tools, towels, paper towels, and drinks in the fridge. - Sunscreen, lotions, a first aid kit, and doggy bags are also available for your convenience. - Kindly clean up after your children and fur babies. - Please allow sufficient time to collect your belongings and depart when your reservation ends. - If you have a vendor/ photographer of any kind, they count as an individual renting access to the backyard. - My neighbors have dogs, my neighbors cut their grass on the weekends. Its a residential neighborhood. I have no control over that. - I am extremely accommodating, tell me if its a birthday, or celebration

My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. No smoking, please. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!

We have been boarding pups for over eight years and currently board dogs on a very part time basis so we can focus on homeschooling our kids. With my previous dog care experience, I am able to maintain a safe environment including a chemical free lawn. Even though I do not have a shade structure (YET) there are spots in the yard for shade all times of day. My home boarders a woods on one side behind the fence so you also may see some cool insects, birds and animals. Watch for the deer on the way in and out!

There is a street on one side of the fence so if you have a dog that likes to jump fences, this isn't the place for you. Dogs can be heard barking down the street but never any contact to my yard. Neighbors in the back or mail man may drive by but that's the only humans that will be around. I have a water bowl on the porch for pups & the hose is free to use if your dog likes water play. 3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. There are some exceptions to this TBD case by case, message me for details. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
