Fully fenced and easy to access, just pull in to the SniffSpot reserved driveway and your private entry gate is just a few steps to the right. Look for the signs! With the giant Oak trees hovering overhead, shade is abound and breezes bring many birds, squirrels, lizards and other small animals. Nice amenities provided for humans including private deck area for relaxing, wifi, hose, and Doggy Splash Pad, Plenty of space to run and play. Please NO DIGGING. Come over, park in sniffspot posted driveway next to the private gate and enjoy my private haven in the middle of the city. ****Doggie Splash Pad & Spa Doggie Dog Wash: Honor System add-on: $10 My Doggie "Splash Pad" is a big hit. It's a lightweight kiddie pool you may access by pulling it to the ground and fill it up with fresh water for your fur baby to bathe in, play in, and splash in. **Please be courteous, 1 water fill up, please, and after use empty and place it back in its leaning spot for the next guest, the up-charge helps cover city water services and by adhering to water consumption limits you are helping keep the park nice and "mud hole free." Honor system accessories: "Honor System Accessories Store" is a little corner of our park that contains some convenience items for purchase should you see something you need or like, there are instructions posted. e.g. extra Towels, Sunscreen, Take-home toys and misc. Items available for purchase.

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. There are some exceptions to this TBD case by case, message me for details. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. We can host dog birthdays, gotcha days, breed events, agility days and much more! Message for more details. There is a water bowl with access to fresh water near the gate entrance (simply turn the water hose on by moving the black lever). There are balls in the yard to play with and a Chuck-It launcher to play fetch. A garbage pail is on the deck. Feel free to sit on the deck or swing, throw balls to your dog, and run in the yard!
