Fencing details: Back is fully fenced, so the dog cant go to the neighboring area, but is a grass walkway to the back that is not fenced on either side. Plenty of safe space out back to run with no cars and very limited other ppl outdoors in that area

Chemical free space, plenty of space to roam, chase a ball choose from our toy bin, get fido a drink from the hose, dishes provided, get mom and dad a cold drink from our drink fridge, restrooms coming soon, wondering if we have an amenity, please ask :)

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. We can host dog birthdays, gotcha days, breed events, agility days and much more! Message for more details. Our property borders the Timucuan Preserve. Over an acre of fenced yard. There is a water bowl with access to fresh water near the gate entrance (simply turn the water hose on by moving the black lever). There are balls in the yard to play with and a Chuck-It launcher to play fetch. A garbage pail is on the deck. Feel free to sit on the deck or swing, throw balls to your dog, and run in the yard! Chain link fenced in back yard. Pretty shades & has chair + a lounger you & your pup can lay & relax on. There is a street on one side of the fence so if you have a dog that likes to jump fences, this isn't the place for you. Dogs can be heard barking down the street but never any contact to my yard. Neighbors in the back or mail man may drive by but that's the only humans that will be around. I have a water bowl on the porch for pups & the hose is free to use if your dog likes water play. I have a few kid toys & a trampoline if you have kids you'd like to bring. If your dog likes to chew on toys or balls, please let me know so I can make sure to put the kids items away.
