They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

HUGE Fully Fenced Private Backyard w/ Mini Stock Tank Pool and fire pit!

Unleash your dog's inner zoomies in our expansive backyard paradise! This is truly a HUGE space perfect for running, playing fetch,swimming and exploring. We just added a stock tank pool ready for splashing (just ask to use the hose if needed!), a variety of dog toys to keep things exciting, 2 hammocks and multiple lounge chairs for those who love to relax in the sun. There are 3 umbrellas for use if interested. Our neighbor has 2 harmless dogs who might offer a bark or two but are extremely friendly. We also have our own gentle dog, Nutella, who can be introduced for playtime only if you wish. To help us maintain our lovely green space, we kindly ask that you discourage digging in the sand pit/rocks, flower/garden area and the grass. The BBQ Grill and both firepits are not available for use unless approved by the host. If you are interested in umbrellas, utilizing the stock tank pool, grilling or either of the fire pits - please ask before hand. We're excited to share our space with your wonderful dog!

Allow your furry friends to experience history at our beautiful half-acre sanctuary! You will be surrounded by a variety of trees, foliage, and flowers (as of May 20- our tulip tree is in bloom! You have to look up very high to see the yellow/orange blooms. At times, binoculars will be out on the table for you to use, weather permitting) Our spot features full paddock fencing secured by vinyl livestock so you can be confident that your dog will be safe while getting their energy out. As for you, enjoy being in the company of our barn circa 1840, which was featured in a local Western film in the 1970s. We have outdoor furniture for you to take it all in as you immerse yourself in the wonders of Silverton Road’s most charming home! If you’re lucky, you may just see some of our neighborhood’s beloved deer or chickens grazing in the field behind our property. When you’re done enjoying our property, be sure to visit Silverton Farms right down the road for fresh organic produce, eggs, honey and flowers. We hope you enjoy our property as much as our dogs Blu and Auggie do!

Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. The side gate on the other side of the house is boarded off. SALT WATER POOL. NOT CHLORINE. Fully fenced but not too small dog friendly due to fence having gaps in it. Plenty of shade provided by umbrellas Water and food bowl provided as well as free access to water hose. Plenty of grass to run around. Concrete can get pretty hot during the summer but more than welcome to spray it down with a hose to cool it off. Can bring multiple dogs just make sure they are friendly Please try and pick up the dog poop and throw it in the trash can.
