We have 50+ acres, offering unrivaled privacy, incredible views and endless possibilities for entertainment. The acreage on the south side of the road is fully fenced and the one on the north is only partially fenced.

HOST NOTE

The partially fenced portion is really only worrisome in those first few minutes after you enter the property. Once you’re through the side yard area and headin down into the bowl of the shale pit, you’ll start to feel not so exposed and more confident in the fact that you’ve got the space to yourself. The closer you get to the area where the cliffs and natural springs are, you’ll find you’re breathin much easier and, could even be off-leash without worry. *Ive included a pic of the setup in our listing.* 100’ Dog Tether-utilizes free moving carabiners, clipped to your pets harness. Can withstand several dogs* at once and still allow freedom of movement. *total dependent on size of dogs* Excellent option when everyone needs a break! Step away for a few without worry, knowing your babies are in a safe/controlled space. **They say peace of mind is free…..round here, that’ll run ya 5 bucks!** (I really hope this makes you chuckle as it did me!)

Cook all the fish you caught over an open flame, make s’mores with the kiddos, let Dad embarrass those same s’more eatin kiddos when he gets his guitar out to serenade their googley-eyed Mama. If you mess it up, you clean it up! I’m a reasonable person; I understand with kids and animals that things just HAPPEN sometimes. We simply ask that you keep in mind that this property is our home, please just use your head and be respectful. Other than that, we hope you love the Marlow Farm as much as we do!

My name is Linden Marlow and my pups a chocolate lab, named Toulouse Earl Marlow. I’m a wife and Mama as well as taking care of our little paradise out here and all the critters that live in it. I truly wouldn’t have it any other way! I KNOW you’ll love time spent at Marlow Manor just as much as we do! We’ve got 40+ acres on either side of the road. South lot has several ponds, creeks, hiking areas, wide open spaces and is complete with pastures-that are sometimes peppered with cattle. A horse (Miss Sally Mae) is here as well, but she’s up in a front lot where you won’t encounter her; unless, of course, you want to! The North lot is NOT fenced, but is where the natural springs can be found, plenty of creek to explore and incredible cliff side views. (Pic 1 in our listing is one such incredible view) Just bout any request can be accommodated, if given enough notice. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your time visiting our property. Please let us know if there’s anything we could have ready or assist you with that would facilitate that, we are genuinely happy to help!
