Description

Enjoy two scenic acres of open pasture, complete with a small, fenced wooded area for your dog to safely explore. Our fully enclosed sand arena is perfect for playtime—equipped with adjustable jumps and lighting for evening fun. Let your pup roam free while you take in the stunning sunset views across the fields. You might even catch a glimpse of deer as they pass through the open landscape. The spacious pasture is surrounded by an electric fence, which is only active during winter months when our horses are grazing. On warm days, your furry friend can cool off in a small kiddie pool we provide. And if you're up for a little adventure, we’re happy to introduce you to our friendly horses and curious chickens located on the other side of the property—just let us know! Whether you're here to relax, play, or simply enjoy time outdoors with your pup, this is a space designed with both of you in mind.

2x a year the field behind us is crop dusted. We have no notice of when this occurs. They do not get our property but if the wind is higher it could blow on the property.

please clean up after your dog to keep the space safe for everyone. dispose of all garbage in the dumpster by the barn. If you open a gate, close it. DO NOT feed the horses or chickens unless we are with you.

Hello! We’re the Geiselhart Family, and our journey began two years ago when we adopted Avy. She needed a lot of training and support, and with the help of our trainer, we discovered that Avy thrives in nature, but being on a leash caused her a lot of stress. Since there were no safe off-leash areas nearby, we began working with her on our own property, and she did incredibly well. Our trainer kept pointing out how perfect our space could be for other dogs who need a calm, secure environment to run freely. That inspired us to join Sniffspot and open our land to others.

Hi everyone! The chicks all went to homes so it is completely quiet again! We have had extreme winds, so between visits I am putting things away, if you book quickly I'll let you know where the water bowls are to pull out. Otherwise I'll always have them set out with fresh water. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and hang out / sunset views for days here! * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but CATTLE fencing so great for larger dogs & dogs with GOOD recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property! * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy. * Anyone is more than welcome to use the yard around the house, just give me a heads up so we have it set for you 😊 this area is best for small dogs or runners and track stars, lol fully fenced!

99% of the backyard fencing is 5-6’ tall. The gate you will enter and exit through is the only area that is 4’ tall. TONS of mature trees providing plenty of shade and a thicker tree line in the very back where your pup can sniff and explore! Lots of open lawn area to play and/or train. I will stay inside unless you would rather I come out and meet you and your pup. We have water bowls filled and a hose right there if you need more water. Patio has multiple patio tables and chairs if you want to chill while your pup plays. I have water, kool aid, maybe Gatorade available, just ask! I only require about 15 minutes heads up so I can make sure my dogs are put up and inside so you can enjoy the backyard alone with your dog. If your dog needs another dog friend to play with we do have several here who are extremely dog friendly and love to play ranging in size from a rat terrier up to a super sweet and friendly Doberman. But they have no problem staying inside too. We aim to please so just let me know what you may need!
