Greetings, Our mission is to provide a secure and clean environment for the ultimate sniffing and play experiences for your pets. Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In an effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but some areas are grown up (typically in the back and/or along the perimeter) - Security system camera is present

Welcome to my Pasture. At one time I boarded horses but now it’s just an empty barn and field with a pond. As a dog owner myself I know how much dogs love to sniff, run and play. This property is vacant, on a quiet dead end road and ready to be enjoyed. It’s partially fenced. The pond and creek would be great for splashing and swimming. Please note: there are periods of time where the grass is high as it is only cleared periodically. If this is a concern please ask before booking your pet for a visit. Field has been mowed/cleared 7/14/25 ready for summer season.
