Welcome to our spacious, fully secured yard—perfect for dogs of all sizes to run, play, and explore freely. This private area offers plenty of room for your pup to get active while you relax and enjoy the surroundings. One unique feature is our hand-painted 3D forest mural on the gate—a great spot for some memorable photos with your furry friend! You’ll also find a cozy gazebo with seating for shade and relaxation, as well as a garden hose for quick water access. We’re here to make sure your dog has a safe and enjoyable visit, with all the space they need to play and unwind.

Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio.
