Description

Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months. Smoking is not permitted.

Hazards

There are a few tripping hazards in the rock and flagstone areas. There is one small shrub with thorns. On occasion there may be a small pile of branches off to the side when I’m in the middle of yard cleanup. Additionally, there is no lighting at night. During winter months the walkways and backyard is not shoveled. The driveway may also not be shoveled if I haven’t gotten to it yet.

There is only parking available for 1 car. Please park in driveway on far left side and close backyard gate on departure. Maximum of two adults at one time. No smoking allowed. Please clean up after your dog(s) - thank you!

I had dogs (a Lab and a Border Collie) for a long time who thoroughly enjoyed this yard for years. I am now dog-less but still love being around them. I’d love to meet your dog as well! I have a long history of pet ownership (cats, dogs, parrots, horses) and volunteering with various rescues as well.

Fully fenced in yard on a quaint, quiet culdesac. Great size for large/multiple dogs. Easy parking, walk up gate. Lots of room to run and train. Kept well manicured :)
