Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. We are offering our back fully fenced backyard( mostly 6 foot privacy fence, but 1 side is a 4 foot wire pasture fence). Driveway goes through a pasture gate . You can drive right into the back yard, latch the gate, and let your doggy go wild! Approx. .5 acre of mowed lawn . 1 mature tree for shade. Also 2 chairs for their humans to sit in and enjoy watching their dog run wild!

UPDATE: We installed a new driveway! Now you can drive through all the way to the back of the property. There is a large parking space next to the back building structure as well that can easily park 4 cars. It is a new millings driveway. So please try NOT to drive over the same spot you see tire tracks already. This will help smooth out the new driveway over time. So I'd appreciate if you can try to drive away from any visible tire tracks in the driveway. Thank you. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, please close the gate. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles.
