1-. Desaire to connect with the nature of the place 2.- Minimum 30 minutes 3.- Dogs must be leashes whenentering and exiting the spot 4.- If you leave early, you can open the gate manually; you don't need to close it again. 5.- If you need a bathroom, please write to us to tell us where it is located. 6.- We take care to put our cats away before each visit, but if you see a cat wandering around, please let us know. Our cats are used to being in the yard and with dogs. But for your peace of mind, we can move them into the house. ATENTION ! When you arrive, the gate will be closed. Open it with the keypad code 9982 🔑 and then the key with the “key” symbol. When you leave, the gate will open automatically as you approach. Thanks so much

I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, please close the gate. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles.
