Hello! We live in East Cobb Marietta., just 5 minutes from I-75. I would be thrilled to be of service to you. I love my neighborhood. It’s very safe and you can find kids playing around outside in the afternoon. We live on a quiet street and it's on a cul-de sac. The backyard is an Oasis. I recently found out about this great site our and I would love to help you. My husband is a full-time realtor and we are desperately looking for some extra income during slower months. I was laid-off during COVID. I look forward to working with you and offering a good service that meets your needs the needs. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to contact me! By the way, we do not live in the house, it is a family house and is occupied some months of the year. I live in the neighborhood though. You will have complete privacy!

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
