Reglas de la Casa 1. 🐕 Todos los perros deben estar con correa (leash) hasta entrar al patio y volver a colocársela antes de salir. 2. 🚪 Al entrar y al salir, asegúrese de que el portón quede cerrado y con seguro. 3. 💉 Solo se permiten perros vacunados y desparasitados. 4. 🚫 No se aceptan perros en celo. 5. 🤒 No se aceptan perros enfermos ni con ningún virus o condición contagiosa. 6. 💩 Es obligatorio recoger los desechos de su perro y depositarlos en el contenedor designado. 7. 👥 Máximo 2 personas acompañando al perro por visita. 8. ⏰ La puntualidad es importante: respete la hora de entrada y salida de su reserva. 9. 🔑 Se le proporcionará un código de acceso privado para entrar a la propiedad. 10. 🚭 No se permite fumar, consumir bebidas alcohólicas ni drogas en la propiedad. 11. 🙅‍♀️ No se permite ningún tipo de drama o comportamiento conflictivo. 12. 🚫 No se permiten perros agresivos ni sin supervisión (el dueño debe permanecer en el spot en todo momento). Rules 1. 🐕 All dogs must remain on a leash until inside the yard and leashed again before leaving. 2. 🚪 When entering and exiting, make sure the gate is closed and securely locked. 3. 💉 Only vaccinated and dewormed dogs are allowed. 4. 🚫 No dogs in heat are permitted. 5. 🤒 No dogs that are sick or with any virus/contagious condition are allowed. 6. 💩 Owners must pick up after their dogs and use the designated trash bin. 7. 👥 Maximum of 2 people per dog are allowed per visit. 8. ⏰ Please be punctual and respect your booking start and end times. 9. 🔑 You will be provided with a private access code to enter the property. 10. 🚭 No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or drugs are allowed on the property. 11. 🙅‍♀️ No drama or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. 12. 🚫 No aggressive or unsupervised dogs (owners must stay on-site at all times).

With plenty of room to run, sniff, and play, your dog will feel safe, free, and fully stimulated. ⭐ Over 30+ glowing reviews in the past month (with tons of visitor photos) highlight just how much fun pups have here with many saying: this backyard it’s even better than some public parks! The yard is dotted with mature shade trees and fruit trees: ciruela, banana, mango, avocado, and more, giving your visit a natural, refreshing feel. The grass is cut twice a month (around the 6th and 22nd) and is never treated with chemicals or fertilizers, keeping it safe for your pups. Cleanliness is always a top priority, and our reviews reflect it. As you enter through the side gate, you’ll find two chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing while your pup explores. Feel free to move them to your favorite shady spot, then kindly return them when you’re done.
