DOG PARK RULES ENTER PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! HUMAN RULES • You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your animal. • Owners are required to clean up after their dogs. Dog waste bags are available at the entrance of each yard, and must be disposed of property. • Owners should immediately fill any holes, their dog digs. • Owner must be within the dog park & supervising their dog(s) within view and voice control at all times. Limit 3 dogs per person. • Ensure first gate is closed before opening next gate. Gate must be closed and latched at all times. move away from gates upon entry. • Shirt and shoes required DOG RULES • Dogs must be leashed until entering & upon leaving the fenced area. Keep leash in your possession at all time. • Aggressive dogs should be leashed and removed immediately • Dogs should be under voice control by their owners • all dogs must wear a current license & rabies tag. THIS AREA IS FOR DOG PLAY, NOT CHILD PLAY. For their protection, children are absolutely prohibited from running around the area, since they over stimulate the dogs. To assure safety, please pay attention to your child. Failure to do so puts your child at risk, and could result in you and your dog being banned from the park. PROHIBITED TREATS OR FOOD, TOBACCO, ALCOHOL, & GLASS CONTAINERS SICK, AGGRESSIVE, OR DOGS IN HEAT PUPPIES UNDER 4 MONTHS OLD UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN UNDER 16 BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES NO LOITERING DOG OWNERS THAT FAIL TO COMPLY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE BY POLICE OR ANIMAL CONTROL. AND A TICKET MAY BE ISSUED.

Our yard is fully fenced and ready for your dogs to come check it out! Any size dogs are welcome, just be aware the gaps in the back fence are 3.5 inches wide. There is seating for you, and two cot style dog beds on the back patio, which is completely covered in case your dog loves to play on the rain but you don’t. We also have a partially wooded area behind the fence that dogs love to sniff around but it is unfenced so please leash your dog if you choose to roam back there.

For other optional add-on amenities I will need at least 7 days advanced notice as I manage rentals in Tulsa and Norman and am not always around to do last minute preparation. **We have some bags of landscaping supplies stored on the side of the house for some spring remodels** **Only 1/3 of the yard + the pool is currently being rented as the other 2/3s have been treated!** We ARE accepting bookings for those who are fine with the 2 inconveniences listed above! We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) Dog Water Bowls 6.) Sprinkler & Water Hose 7.) Dog Toys 8.) Chairs, Lounge Chairs, and Swing 9.) Table 10.) Power Outlet 11.) Hand Sanitizer 12.) Soap & Running Water 13.) I do have a dog of my own (very friendly and kept inside during bookings) and so I walk the yard daily to ensure there is no trash or hazardous objects in the yard. 2.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs.
