Please bring poop bags and clean up after your dog. Trash can is available in front of garage in can with black bag. Dining table and chairs and patio are available for use. COUCH AREA UNDER PERGOLA AND UPPER PORCH ARE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SITTING. No Smoking or Vaping. Excessive barking is discouraged to avoid disturbing neighbors. Cameras are in use at all times.

We don't ever use pesticides or herbicides, we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated, and there are plenty of privacy hedges. Ample free parking on the street.
