Description

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Agility Field Rental$10

Rent the agility yard for as as extra for your training purposes! The area is 90' x 90' which includes a dog walk, teeter, A frame, tire, tunnel, table, poles and various assorted jumps! Run the the course or work on something specific but be sure to have fun! This is for 1 or 2 dogs coming with one or two humans for one hour rental.

This extra includes BOTH renting the agility field and ME!I will help for 30 minutes of your visit! I am NOT a certified trainer but I have two dogs of my own who have been through basic training, agility training, therapy dog training, trick titles and such! I can be your ring crew, videographer or extra eyes. This is for experienced dogs/handlers ONLY. I am not teaching beginner or foundations lessons. *****You must confirm that I am home and available to add this extra!*****

Are you renting just my play yard? I can help with your training needs for 30 minutes of your visit! I am NOT a certified trainer but I have two dogs of my own who have been through basic training, agility training, therapy dog training, trick titles and such! This is for dogs/handlers that have been through some prior formal training. *You must confirm that I am home and available to add this extra!*

Beginner agility$50

Are you brand new to agility? I will give a few starter foundation exercises including jumps & tunnels. This extra includes me and the use of the agility field. YOU MUST CONFIRM I AN AVAILABLE before adding this extra. You must have basic obedience skills (sit, stay, down, and a recall). Message me first.

Lights for dark!$5

Four moveable work lights on stands are available to light up either the play and/or agility yard!

Trainer’s rental$35

Are YOU a trainer looking to host a group class of 5 dogs or less? You can rent my spot, list all the dogs attending the group class when you book and add this extra for access to play yard and agility yard. Your clients pay you directly for the class. You pay me for the Sniffspot! Please reach out to me first before booking and adding this extra. This is the price for one hour. Separate groups/classes should be booked separately.

Additional rules

Do not attempt to move or adjust any agility equipment (especially A frame, teeter, tunnel, dog walk, table or teeter). If you need adjustments, please ask. Do not allow dogs to potty inside the agility area. Poop bags can be disposed of in trash located by the entrance/exit. Only dogs trained in agility should use the agility field. Please do not attempt to see if your dog would enjoy the sport without proper training. You must be or have been enrolled in agility classes to use this equipment. *No dogs under 6 months shall be allowed in the agility area. All dogs entering this area must be approved* This is to ensure the mental and physical safety of both the dog and human.

I am excited to share my yard with other dog owners who are looking to enrich their dogs’ lives. Most of the yard is available for free play and a separate fenced portion is available for agility practice.

Beautiful fully fenced backyard In West Hartford

Perfect for dogs who like to run and play fetch of even those who like to relax on the deck! Poop bags and Garbage can will be provided as well as an umbrella and chairs if you would like to relax! There are tons of toys spread throughout the yard that any dog is welcome too! Have fun!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
