Description

A Private Single Family Residential Home with a private safe off-street driveway parking. And a Large, private Fenced-In 1/4 acre Backyard in a Safe, Quiet & Peaceful Neighborhood Location. Plus pop up canopy available upon request, to keep yourself shaded and out of the Sun. Pop up canopy not available on windy and heavy rain days. A table and chairs to relax while your pet enjoys playing and running available on deck. When parking please park on the grassy driveway closest to the white fence where you will be entering. There is a black planter hook with a welcome sign hanging by the fence. You may park there. (See last photo for reference). A quiet and safe neighborhood. Premises Monitored By Video. Video surveillance is for safety & liability only. It is never used to post or share your moments. Please No Smoking, Vaping or Alcohol and adults only on property with a maximum of 2 cars and 3 people per dog. I won’t always be home to double check the yard in between guests, so if you could be mindful of this and leave it all cleaned up. Thank You.

Please pick up after your pet. Please leave area how you found it. Chairs and tables on deck are available for use. Pop up canopy available upon request. Waters available in cooler on days booked. Trash can available on deck. All liability waived for any accident or injury to yourself, pet, children.

For our furry friends, we have toys, water, treats, and open space to run! During the summer, you can have access to the water hose, if that is what your dog loves! For the humans, we have hammock chairs, a picnic table, and a covered patio for those hot summer days. Off street parking in a cul-de-sac neighborhood, without too many noises or traffic. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area.
