Rules and Regulations • New York State law requires that dogs be vaccinated against rabies, and the New York City Health Code requires every dog owner/attendant carry with them proof of current dog license and rabies vaccination while in public. Dog owners may be fined for violation of these laws. To obtain an application for a dog license, please visit the New York City Department of Health website, or call 311. You may also obtain an application from a veterinarian, animal shelter, or pet shop. • Dogs must be on a leash (no more than six feet long) at all times, except in dog runs and designated off-leash areas at the prescribed times. • You must pick up after your dog and dispose of the waste in containers provided throughout the park. • You must prevent your dog from chasing birds, squirrels, and other animals. • Dogs are not permitted in playgrounds, zoos, fountains, ball fields, on basketball/handball/tennis courts, in swimming pools/facilities, bathing areas, and New York City beaches

We don't ever use pesticides or herbicides, we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated, and there are plenty of privacy hedges. Ample free parking on the street. Deck and patio are always open. Referral discounts with Scarsdale Animal Hospital. As mentioned, everything is included in the price. Feel free to ask if there's something you or your dog would like. Your dog being happy is my goal! None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City and 25 minutes to midtown Manhattan, Greenwich, CT, Fort Lee, NJ, Rockland County, and Queens. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop.
