Description

Fully fenced yard with 90% of the fence 6ft tall. Plenty of chairs for the humans to lounge in. Bringing kids alone? They are welcome to use the playhouse! Water dish located right next to a spigot 🚰 for Easy refills. Waste bags provided. Please place waste in trash can. Home is used as an airbnb/entended stay, when not used for sniffspot.

Hazards

Sometimes there are critters under the big shed. When we lived at the home our dog loved to sniff for them. We will try our best to keep the yard critter free!

Almost 20 acres of open area to play in Morton. The front part shown up by the house and green building is open, and everything back behind that is pasture with woods on the side. At the very back there is a circle trail to walk through as well. Fenced in area and trail pictured so you can see location of them on the property.

Marcie's 5 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Heyworth

Our 5 acre land is mostly wooded and has a couple of small creeks running through it. Our wooded neighborhood called the Big Kickapoo Overlook is surrounded by farmland, and each of our direct neighbors have 5+ acres . Every year we mow walking paths through the woods on our property. Lots of deer and other wildlife frequent the neighborhood, but nothing dangerous besides the occasional skunk. Behind our house we do have a fenced in area...50x75 feet next to a furnished outdoor gazebo and swingset which people are welcomed to use.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
