35The advertisement should say, " An overgrown Very, very steep quarter acre loop trail and a dead end road. Good for dogs woth good recall because they willescape into the brush. If you or you're dog are unable to walk up steep inclines, this isn't for you." The acreage is all dense forest area and shouldn't be advertized as if it's something to he explored. If you want a good workout, walk the loop with the dog on a lead a few times unless they are well trained. The property seems to be a junkyard of some sort as well. There should be half hour options available. Glad it's only 10 bucks. Get a parking sign! 2 stars is more realistic.
55It isn’t clear where to park, but I’ve found it convenient to drive up the hill to the open space where there are usually a couple of old vehicles and park there.
35The spot is hard to find and is not fully fenced. The actual trails are decent but covered In burrs right now. No trash can to throw poop bags away. My dogs loved the giant dirt piles and dug in them like crazy! I don't think I'd go back but the dogs had a good time all the same.
45I’d give it 5 stars but for the total lack of signage and my concern for the first 20 minutes that I might be in the wrong place! But, assuming we were in the right place, there were lots of trails and my dogs loved it!
35I didn’t make out to the sniff spot. I accidentally hit the reserve button. I have hopes to try this spot out, in the near future.
55Great spot close to home to let the boys run. A small sign or instructions online to let people know where the host would prefer guests to park would be great. We will be back soon!
55I gave this one a high review for the look on my dogs face as she ran the property. Pure thrill. There was plenty of space and it was gorgeous. Much of it was uphill, my dog didn't mind but my asthma did 😂I was happy I had my inhaler. I didn't see an area for poop bags so I was happy I brought a couple. The trail wasn't clearly marked but I found it so it must of been self explanatory. Great trail will be back for sure! Grateful for such an amazing property to roam.
55Our dogs love the trails. Lots of plant life and obstacles to navigate. Easy to lose a toy playing fetch if your dogs aren't willing to search for it. The trails are mostly uphill which is great exercise but maybe not ideal for every dog/person. It is a little confusing finding your way around at first. We usually park down past the house near the orange tractor. Then you can stay on the left and follow the path uphill (past some more vehicles and equipment) until you get to the little trails. Some of them are straight there-and-back and others have loops or connecting paths between them.
35Although they said there were lots of trails, they’re really primitive roads where logging trucks/heavy equipment have traveled…up some steep grades and mostly hilly. My dog had a blast running uphill away from me (I parked a good distance up the hill, but she still was lost to me for about 20 minutes). I had an injured left ankle which was not comparable for hiking. All in all although my dog came home happily exhausted I will probably look for a spot more compatible with our needs.
15I couldn’t locate any sign for parking or get any clarification from the host about where we were allowed to be off-leash. The address is also a business and a past review mentioned an off-leash dog, so I wasn’t comfortable being on the property without any guidelines. When I couldn’t get ahold of the host for fifteen minutes after we arrived, I booked a different Sniffspot. (Of note, this occurred on April 14th. It is April 17th. I still have not heard back from messages to the host.)

Large 1/3 acre lot, perfect to chuck it far and tire out your canine.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. Any suggestions on obstacles or improvements please message me. Thanks for considering enjoying canine time here!

The Meadow at Spadoni Hill Private Dog Park In Gig Harbor

First time guests use code MEADOW1 for a discount off your first visit! What a perfect expanse for you and your dogs to cut loose! In our fully fenced, gently rolling meadow there is plenty of room to run, chase frisbees and balls, dip paws in the pup-pool, and sniff around for the scents of nature. For humans, there is a cozy shelter with seating, a bistro table, and the entertainment of a frisbee "goal". There's shade from a large fir, in the meadow, as well as shade from the woods, on the south side. Fencing is at least 4 feet high, all around. It has a vision-block screen, a 4.8’ top wire, plus double fencing, on the side with neighbor dogs. If the neighbor's Goldens are out, they will friendly bark, and bark. They really want to come over and play. Surrounding Area: There are two private yards (one with an enclosed, screened chicken run, and one with friendly dogs); deep woods on the South side; and an incredible mountain view, over more meadow, on the West side. Sunsets from here are awe-inspiring! Parking: There is room for two vehicles to park near the gate the Meadow. Please park only on gravel and do not drive on the lawn near the meadow. If there are more than two vehicles in your party, please park up the hill in the gravel near the large, 4-car garage. LIMIT of 4 VEHICLES per reservation, unless organized in advance with us. There are four easy-closing gates in the fence, that are generally left open for wildlife passage. We will make every effort to have the gates closed before you arrive, but know that you're responsible for seeing that all 4 gates are closed before you unleash your pups. If you bring kids, you're also responsible for keeping them in the gates :D We hope you visit soon and come back often!
