Description

Large open area for your babies to run around in. In summer small pool for pups, sprinkler, can place obstacle course if desired by many, balls, bats.... also dogs on premises will be in house, fir your baby to enjoy playtime. Off street parking, one gate to enter and exit.

Additional rules

Subject to dogs temperament will subject to how many dogs allowed, (if your dog needs to be alone, please let me know) each owner is responsible for their dog, if a fight should break out, uou are responsible for your dogs injuries and that of other dog. Muzzles may be worn if needed.

	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
	Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Mind Your Manorville Private Dog Park

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions.
