Description

My backyard is fully fenced. One of my neighbors has 2 dogs but are not outside all day. A large lake is for your view only due to sniffspot not covering in case of an injury or accident. There are alligators at times but not often and we can clearly see them. We don't bother them and they don't bother us.

We’re so glad to have you and your fur babies here! ✅ Fully fenced yard for safe play 🌊 Beautiful lake view – please note the lake is for viewing only. 🐊 While alligators are rare, they may be visible. We give them space and they do the same. For everyone’s safety, no swimming or close interaction is allowed. 🐶 My neighbor has two dogs, but they are not outside all day; they bark when outside. 💦 If your dog plans to enjoy the pool, please bring your own towels and pool floats. 🎾 I provide toys for your pets, which I clean after each use (when I’m home) before the next guest arrives. 🍹 You’ll also find snacks and drinks for humans and special treats for your furry companions. Have a pawsome time! 🐕🌴 🐾 Important Information About the Property 🐾 🏡 The backyard is fully fenced for your dog’s safety. 🐶 One of the neighboring homes has two friendly dogs. They are not outside all day, but you may occasionally hear or see them. 🌊 A large scenic lake is visible from the yard. 👀 Please note: The lake is for viewing only. 🚫🐕 Guests may not enter the lake, as Sniffspot does not cover injuries or accidents. 🐊 Alligators are sometimes present in or near the lake, though this is rare. 🔭 They are usually easy to spot from a distance. 🙅‍♀️ We do not approach or disturb them, and they typically leave us alone. ✅ We prioritize your safety and want you and your pup to have a fun, relaxing visit! 🐕💦

This fully fenced in yard spread across a full half acre in Cooper City is a real hidden gem for your pups. There is plenty of space to run and play especially if you have more than one dog (I have three). Don’t worry my dogs will not be outside while you are enjoying the space. The pool is always a refreshing cooling off for your water babies. Whether you’re teaching them to love the water or letting them jump in on their own. The pool is always a favorite. Relax under the tiki hut while your fur babies play. The yard gets plenty of light from the hut depending on the time of your visit. I have a loaded avocado tree in the yard this time of year and they are healthy for dogs-minus the pits of course. A Mulberry tree is also in the yard and harmless to dogs. My dogs love them! The tiki hut has Wi-Fi as well as power for your laptop if you want to make the most out of your stay. There is a cabana bathroom on site but unfortunately it is only available when the owner is home. Feel free to use the hose on site it’s plenty long. If your dogs loves the water stream like mine they will have a blast. If you need the hose to clean up your babies mishaps, it’s there for you as well. All in all it’s a really cool backyard oasis that you and your dogs will enjoy.

The grass is cut every 10 days—around the 6th and 22nd of each month—and never treated with chemicals or fertilizers. It’s a clean, natural environment perfect for dogs to enjoy. You’ll also find fruit trees throughout the property, including ciruela, banana, mango, avocado, and more. As you walk in through the side gate, you’ll spot two black chairs and a table—feel free to move them anywhere in the yard to find the best shade or your favorite relaxation spot. Just kindly return them to their original spot before you leave. The yard is very large—in fact, many guests say it’s bigger than some small public parks. It can get quite hot, especially midday, so please come prepared with water, proper footwear, and whatever you need for you and your dog’s comfort. If you’re looking for more of a hiking or adventure feel, head toward the back of the yard, where the terrain has larger tree roots and a more rugged layout—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can also hang out beneath the fruit trees for a more shaded, playful experience. You’ll also find waste bags, bug spray, and hand sanitizer provided for your convenience—please feel free to use them while on site, but kindly leave them behind for the next guests to enjoy. Pet owners are encouraged to sit back and unwind with a full view of the yard. The home is fully fenced for added peace of mind, and refreshments like bottled water, sparkling water, and light snacks are available upon request.
