🐾🌴 Welcome to Pawidise Island! 🌴🐾 Where tails wag, paws play, and memories are made! 🏡 Make yourself at home – You and your furbaby are welcome to enjoy the yard as if it were your own. 💦 UNDERGROUND POOL FUN – Splash and cool off in our full-size underground, pup-friendly pool! Please note: dogs may need a little help getting in and out until they are familiar with the steps on the shallow side only. A large dog swimming vest is available for extra safety if needed. 👉 Important: If your dog is a German Shepherd, Labrador, Golden Retriever, Husky, Newfoundland, Bernese Mountain Dog, Great Pyrenees, or Samoyed and swims, you must: 1. Stay an extra 10 minutes FREE to clean the pool before leaving, OR 2. Add a $10 Pool Care Fee per dog (available under EXTRAS) for us to clean afterward. If your pup will not swim, the regular $25 booking applies. This keeps the pool safe, protects the pump, and ensures it’s clean for the next guest. 🐕💦 (Sniffspot will be notified with photo documentation if rules are not followed.) 🪑 SHADED SEATING – Relax under the umbrella or move seats to your comfort. 🐕‍🦺 LOTS TO SNIFF & EXPLORE – Our backyard is fully fenced for safe roaming. 🦴 TREATS & TOYS – Enjoy two ice-packed coolers on wheels: one with human snacks and one with tasty pup treats. 🚮 DOG WASTE STATION – A cemented waste station with poop bags is located under the big oak tree. Please grab a bag and clean up after your furbaby so the yard stays fresh for the next guest. 🚗 PARKING – You may park in the driveway if space permits. If the driveway is full, please park on the grass between the two big trees. 🚪 ENTRY GATE & TIME COURTESY – Please make sure the gate is closed securely behind you, and double-check the previous guest closed it properly. Be kind to the next guest by arriving and leaving on time. 👉 If you’d like to stay longer and time is available, you can extend your visit in Sniffspot before your booking ends. 👉 If the security gate is closed upon arrival, please dial 594 and I will receive a notice to open it for you. ✨ Please also check out the EXTRAS section in Sniffspot in case you’d like to add additional options to your booking. 📸 Don’t forget to snap some pics and tag us if you’d like! IMPORTANT: Pool Policy (Effective September 3, 2025) Starting September 3, 2025, guests bringing the following breeds (if swimming) must confirm ONE option below: German Shepherds Labradors Golden Retrievers Huskies (Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute) Newfoundlands Bernese Mountain Dogs Great Pyrenees Samoyeds These dogs shed heavily and leave behind oils that our pool technician has already noticed building up. If not managed, this can cause serious strain on the pool system and may damage the pump. Guest Options (must confirm at booking if these breeds will swim): I will stay an extra 10 minutes at no charge and clean the pool before leaving. CLEANING IS EASY: I would appreciate it if you could get the blue pool net. You can clearly see your furbabies' fur and oil on top of the pool. You can pick up the pool net and throw away. I will add a $10 Pool Care Fee so the host can clean the pool after my visit. 👉 If your dog is one of these breeds but will NOT enter the pool, the regular $25 booking fee applies with no extra charges. This policy is required to keep the pool safe, clean, and open for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation. "🚫NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ALLOWED TO BE ON PROPERTY," AND PLEASE NO RUNNING🏃‍♀️🏃🏾🏃🏻‍♂️ 🥎🎾 Please if you are going to throw balls for your doggies inside the pool (some people go ball-happy), please pick them up before you leave with the pool net. 🐶 Weekend Notice: If your visit is on a Saturday or Sunday, please know that my neighbors’ two goldendoodles 🐕🐕 are usually outside in their yard. 💩 Poop Patrol Reminder: After your scheduled visit, please take a moment (take as long as you need! 😊) to check for any missed poop 💩 and pick it up before you leave. Caring for them brings me joy, and I truly believe they make life better. We’re so glad to have you and your fur babies here! ✅ Fully fenced yard for safe play 🌊 Beautiful lake view – please note the lake is for viewing only. 🐊 While alligators are rare, they may be visible. We give them space and they do the same. For everyone’s safety, no swimming or close interaction is allowed. 🐶 My neighbor has two dogs, but they are not outside all day; they bark when outside. And they reallyyyyy BARK. 💦 If your dog plans to enjoy the pool, please bring your towels. The dog floats (NO FEES) are included. The floats do get flats quite often lol. 🎾 I provide toys for your pets. 🍹 You’ll also find snacks and drinks for humans and special treats for your furry companions. This is included (FREE) for your enjoyment. Have a pawsome time! 🐕🌴 🐾 Important Information About the Property 🐾 🏡 The backyard is fully fenced for your dog’s safety. 🐶 One of the neighboring homes has two friendly dogs. They are not outside all day, but you may occasionally hear or see them. 🌊 A large scenic lake is visible from the yard. 👀 Please note: The lake is for viewing only. 🚫🐕 Guests may not enter the lake, as Sniffspot does not cover injuries or accidents. 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️Running🚫 Please no running in the back yard. The back yard is for your furbabies to run. There are safer places for humans to run. 🐊 Alligators are sometimes present in or near the lake, though this is rare. 🔭 They are usually easy to spot from a distance. 🙅‍♀️ We do not approach or disturb them, and they typically leave us alone. ⏰ Please don't be late upon arrival or departure. I have to prepare all the items, including ice water, each and every time for each guest and their furbabies 👑👸🏻🤴🏼to get the royal 👑treatment. Most guests do not check the backyard to see if a guest has departed. Bumping into a guest with their doggie may not be a good idea. ✅ We prioritize your safety and want you and your pup to have a fun, relaxing visit! 🐕💦
