Welcome to Nick’s 110-acre private property in Penhook the ultimate off-leash playground for dogs and their humans. This beautiful spot features a mix of open fields, shaded woods, a peaceful riverbank, and multiple ponds for your pup to splash around or cool off in. Whether you’re walking trails through the trees or relaxing by the water, this spot offers freedom, privacy, and plenty of space to explore. The area is partially fenced, giving your dog room to roam and enjoy nature safely. Perfect for a solo run or a doggy playdate!

Welcome to our spot! We have a lovely gated area approx 2.5-3acres, but also for our off leash friends we do have amazing woods behind the gated area that lead to a creek! We are currently working to trail that off not only for our kids and dogs but to be able to accommodate our guest. When you arrive here, we want you to feel at home, let us know anything you may need or want beforehand that we can provide! We have a large deck with outdoor furniture that you have access to, fire pit, children's toys, drinks and snacks available for if you have little ones and don't worry we'll also have adult accommodations! Dog toys are a given, can't have a playdate without toys! Raised water bowls are also located on the deck and can be moved wherever or bowls removed for smaller dogs. And our 3 will be off premises for your arrival!
