Guy's dogs know many tricks and he would love to teach your dog as well! It's really fun and good for both you and your dog to have another layer of communication. Like any other dog training class, sessions are short (no longer than 15-20 minutes) and you need to practice a little at home to make it work

*Please park close to the garage and go through the gate directly into the yard. *Pick up after your dog and through it into the white bin next to gate *No smoking in the yard please *There's a hose in the garage for your use * The yard gets muddy when it rains, I suggest you bring towels * I put all kinds of doggy stuff in the yard, feel free to use everything except what's stored in a box on our deck

Rosewood Ranch, A Private Dog Park In north Philadelphia

After years of planting trees and native pollinators, this little North Philly oasis is ready for you and your pets. What was once a vacant lot, is now a cozy green space with trees and small brush, woodchipped pathways and native flowers and plants. Fully enclosed lot with a seating area/table, a raspberry patch, wild grasses and a garden. Bordered by a 3 story warehouse, a 10’ brick wall on 2 sides and 6’-8’ chainlink fence on the other 2 sides. Come take it easy and relax with your pup(s) and friends. See you soon!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
