Description

Hi this ranch is a beautiful private place to walk and hike with your dogs. I grew up out here, moved away then moved back a few years ago. This ranch holds many wonderful memories for me and my family. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Hello! I’m so happy you are booking my spot. I hope you enjoy it out here! This is a beautiful ranch to bring your dogs! NOTE: *FIRST TIME GUESTS PLEASE DON’T BOOK MONDAY- FRIDAY* unless it’s at 4pm. I cannot meet with you until 4pm. After your first visit you are welcome to book anytime during week. Let me know and I’ll unblock that day for you. Thank you 😊 **You may see people occasionally driving up or down the driveway. We have tenants that live out here but where they live isn’t close to where you will be walking your dogs. You may hear dogs barking in the distance. Don’t worry they are no where near where you will be hiking and walking your precious dogs😊 You may also see heifers(young cows) here and there. Don’t worry they are curious but they will run away from you if you approach them. Please keep your dogs leashed if you think they will chase the heifers. Thank you 🙏 Occasionally you may see a family member walking their dog up the driveway. That is vary rare but has happened. I will notify family to let them know I will have guests out here. This happened recently only because my nephew did not get my message because something happened to his phone. 99% of the time my family has known I have guests coming and there hadn’t been any problems. After you leave please text me and let me know how things went and that you made it off the ranch safely. Thank you 😊

Hi my name is Karalee. I am a certified nurse assistant who specializes in caring for patients with many different conditions and needs and I love animals. I have a Pomeranian rescue from China. Her name is Freya. She’s my baby and I love giving her the love and life that she didn’t experience before I adopted her. I heard about SniffSpot and thought my ranch would be the perfect place to walk dogs. It’s far from town, it’s beautiful, it’s private and far from neighbors. I do have one neighbor across the road that is also on a ranch and private. I hope you come out and visit my ranch and if you do I hope you enjoy the beauty of it and the privacy it gives.
