Description

Falcon Lake in Piedmont, Oklahoma, is a private lake primarily for residents of the Falcon Lake neighborhood. It's known for its bass fishing, whitetail deer, and serene, secluded atmosphere. Our private property comprises 3+ acres of both long native grass and a cut lawn for frisbee tossing, belly rubs, and stick chases! Our indoor agility park (see "Extras" for details) is a perfect shaded spot to train out of the summer sun or get the zoomies out of your system with the harsh winter months of being cooped up. Our SniffBarn does have a fully fenced, secure area perfect for taking a break from running or for small dogs to roam freely. Also we have a woodland area for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending with a swim in the lake. 1 car and 2 adult humans PER DOG (children are welcome to join their parents). No exceptions! Additional guests can be added under "Extras" and must be accounted for. Disclaimer: Lastly, as a friendly reminder, upon entering the property, you accept all responsibility and liability of you and your pet. All children under 10 years of age must be closely supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Property is native with exposed roots and rocks- so watch your step. The field and open (tall) grassy areas could certainly have “vermin” crops (like stickers) and pesky insects (like ticks) and/or spiders and snakes! ** in warm months. When entering the Sniff Barn, please be mindful of tools and equipment in the shop area and leave them be. This spot has a fully stocked fishing lake. Extras

Extra Adult Human$5

Each dog is allowed 1 car and 2 adult humans to accommodate them during their reservation time. This extra allows for 1 additional adult human to join. (If this extra human is driving a separate car, please let me know.)

Fishing Appointment$30

Catch up to 3 catfish or 1 bass fish during your stay (The lake is stocked with various types of bass, including Pure Florida, F1, and Northern Bass) . All other fish, is catch and release only.

Indoor Agility Park$25

Upon booking confirmation, you will be provided the code to the lockbox on the door. Our indoor agility park contains: Flirt Poles, Hurdles, Weaving Poles, Agility Tunnel, Pause Box, Frisbees and Various Balls as well as additional contact obstacle equipment.

Additional rules

There’s no smoking/vaping on premises. Our dogs LOVE our sniff barn, and spend most of their time in there when we are here mowing, we would love your dogs to have the enjoyment of the sniff barn as well, just please leave all tools and garden supplies where they are. Please be respectful of the yard and leave it how you find it including picking up after your pet. Also, I have a dog of my own so please don’t leave trash or wrappers that would harm my puppy.

Our yard is fully fenced and ready for your dogs to come check it out! Any size dogs are welcome, just be aware the gaps in the back fence are 3.5 inches wide. There is seating for you, and two cot style dog beds on the back patio, which is completely covered in case your dog loves to play on the rain but you don’t. We also have a partially wooded area behind the fence that dogs love to sniff around but it is unfenced so please leash your dog if you choose to roam back there.
