Welcome to 🌴Sweetwater Palms.🌴 A private home featuring a Swimming pool for your Pup to swim, splash and play. Also makes great Photos for social media post. Large pool with shallow ledge. Perfect for wading and getting your feet and paws wet until ready doggy paddle. Fully fenced Pool deck allows for off leash enjoyment. Yard features nice green grass for fetch, Small walking trail, and Dock on Sweetwater Creek. Stay for an hour for a quick dip or pack the family and Pool Bag and chill for hours. Our yard offers lots of Fun and relaxation opportunities. Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Visit includes up to 2 humans*** Additional Guest MUST be added to reservation.*** Ask Host for Party options for more than 4 people or 4 or more dogs. Fun ADD-Ons: Dog Floats, Human Floats and other fun stuff under EXTRAS. *** SNIFFPASS MEMBERS: It's Time to use your credits! OCTOBER pool is refreshing but we will be closed for 10 days. NOVEMBER, Pool is open to Snowbirds and Waterdogs but temp is usually spring water - about 72 degrees. ***SNIFFPASS UNUSED CREDITS: If you have unused credits that are about to expire and you want to DONATE them to our spot, we will send proceeds to NSB Humane Society. Gathering for Thanksgiving and Christmas Gifts to the shelter.

Visit at Sweetwater Palms includes Dog(s) and 2 humans. Like Sniffspot charges for each dog, additional humans must be added. To keep events small, visit is meant to be dog centered. Any more humans than 4 is a human centered event. Ask host about events for 4 or more guest. We also belong to site that rents pool by the hour for parties.

Well Behaved Dogs and Humans Welcome. This is a special treat for good boys and girls. No aggressive animals on our property. Visit is for Dog(s) and up to 2 Humans. Sniffspot charges for extra Dogs, we do charge for extra Humans on extras. Additional guest must be added or host will have to ask for booking to be updated. *Please leash your dog to enter or exit. *Poop Scope - Bags in toy bin on deck *Dog Hair - Pre Brush to help reduce hair. ** “Clean” Dogs only. ** If your dog needs a bath, give a dog a bath. Pool is not a bath for a dirty dog. Hose on deck to rinse before or after. Human People : Please supervise children and guest at all times including pool area, yard and nature sections. No lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk. Shoes recommended in yard. Dangerous wildlife could exist in nature areas. NO Diving or Running on pool deck. NO Dangerous or Destructive Behavior. NO Loitering in Front Yard. NO Underaged Drinking. This is my current list of NO items but when in doubt, ASK. Breaking the rules may result in being asked to leave early. NO REFUND. LATE: Please be on time. Pre-Plan the drive time to get here. Late arrival does not extend your reservation. CANCELLATION: up to 2 hours before Reservation. IF within the 2 hour window, guest will be charged. Pool and property does take time get ready.

Our fully fenced 6-acre property is the ultimate doggy playground. It’s divided into two separate areas so you can choose the best space for your dog to explore and enjoy. We’ve got a pond, a swimming pool, and even a sprinkler for those pups who love to splash around. Our yard is mowed and well-maintained, with plenty of room to run, sniff, and play. You'll find comfy seating areas for pet parents in both the front and back yards, plus we’ve stocked the space with poop bags, hand sanitizer, and bottled water to make your visit easy and stress-free. There’s a selection of large dog toys available, and we sanitize them after every visit to keep things clean. Since we’re located in a wooded area, you and your pup might spot some local wildlife like deer, squirrels, raccoons, and snakes. so keep that in mind during your visit. You may also hear the occasional bark from a nearby neighbor’s dog, or from our own dogs inside the house. This is a fun, natural space to let your dog be a dog, but please remember: all visits are at your own risk. We look forward to welcoming you and your four-legged friend!

This is a great location for your dogs to run and play! There is a 4 foot chain-link fence with absolutely no gaps or hole in the front section as well as a 6 foot wooden fence in the back area. You can use the entire property but if you feel more comfortable just with the wooden privacy fence, then you can close the gate and use just the back area. It’s totally up to you. You may park in the driveway and when you are facing the house, you will go first through the chain-link fence and then open the wooden gate to enter the back area as well by pushing it in. All proceeds benefit Sophie’s circle dog rescue! It’s a win for your dogs as well as rescue dogs!
