Toys for the dog, chairs and umbrella for the pup-parents, a pooper scooper, garbage can, sanitizer, and towels. Enjoy a private backyard right in the heart of the city. No need to worry about your dog like at dog parks.
Come get all of your furry friends’ energy out in our quiet Portland home’s spacious backyard. Our fully fenced yard offers a retreat and a reprieve without any other dogs around. Guests also have access to one side of our sunroom with a table, chair, trashcan and small heater.
Lowkey, small yard in Arbor Lodge. For anybody looking to clown around with some agility equipment, play with high-quality dog toys, and watch their kiddo get the zoomies, book with us! We’re reinforcing fencing with chicken wire. Neighbours to left (facing house) have no dog, neighbours to right have a medium sized dog who can be vocal but is rarely outside. We are in the process of setting up a barrier so fence fighting can be avoided - we have never had this happen but like to be cautious. This is in a residential neighbourhood so keep that in mind. A-frame, weave poles, and many agility jumps to create your own agility course map. Thank you!
This winter has been very wet and the field now has some wet spots. The area is a fully fenced field almost 2 acres. A short walk to field from parking.
Just opened! Gate to enter on Bull Mountain Rd, on the northwest side of the property. We have a fun cattle gate that slides open. Duck your head and walk on up a wooden boardwalk to the backside of our yard. The fenced in area includes all of the backyard up to the landscaped area next to the house. Feel free to roam and run across the back section. This is stick-topia. A stick for every pup that wants one. Feel free to take one home with you We will compost the dog waste, please just scoop up the poo with the provided shovel and add to the bucket. We will take it from there. There's a swing for humans, please enjoy. I am working on building a nice little shelter, but for now enjoy the cover the beautiful Douglas fir trees provide.
Foster dogs for Red Rose Animal Rescue or Multnomah County Shelter are FREE to visit! Contact me privately to obtain your booking code. Our SS is a wide open space where your dog can run and play. Please DO NOT bring an unvaccinated dog to our SS. PLEASE keep an eye on your dog(s), not your phone... Unfortunately we have found missed messes, so please monitor your doggos. if you forget poop bags, we have extra in the old milk box next to the porch steps -feel free to use any toys you find in the SS! Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided* 1- the hose/hydrant near the gate. (Located to the left of the gate as you enter!) 2- green bowl at top of driveway *unless freezing weather Please the area east of the driveway and behind the house and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. Allowing your dog to chase cats or wander up onto the house's porch are not allowed. We appreciate your business and love your dogs, just encourage them to avoid the porch and gardens please. Leave any hose running if found that way (summer). Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. We are mindful of your space, and we are careful to ensure the gate is kept closed. This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.
Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.
Fully fenced (6'), small yard with a private gated entrance. Plenty of street parking or welcome to park in the driveway if available. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or lounge on the patio furniture* while your pups sniff and run around! Grass, mud in the back corner, deck, and concrete to run about. We also have 2 small dogs, so if your pup ever wants some play time, just reach out to me ahead of time. * Furniture is packed up for winter. Please visit starting in the Spring to enjoy!
(NEW EXTENDED AREA. We doubled the space! ) (Since the snow it’s MUDDY now! Bring boots.) Relax with your pooch in a hidden valley away from street noise in our private dog park called The Dog-Out! Sit in the woodsy A-frame hut, out of the sun or rain while your pups explores the 1/3 acre area. Sit at the picnic table and share lunch together. Need to get out some energy? Run your dog through all the agility obstacles! A Saw-Dust Toilet Outhouse is available for your convenience. See pictures. It’s there incase you need it. Coming Soon: a swing-set for the kids, more obstacles, more toys. Dogs are free to dig as much as they want! Our farm is 1/2 mile down a private drive. The Sniffspot is at our property entrance along our driveway. There’s a mini-Aussie that lives in the white house 500 ft away from the Sniffspot.
