*11/18/25 update: Our home renovations have continued to linger but are approaching the final stage. We hope to begin accepting bookings in early 2026. Thank you! Welcome from the Oak Ridge Standard Poodles and their humans! We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. Additional dog activities include: large digging area, weave poles, dog walk, and hanging rope toys. Other items available upon request- see extras! There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there is a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well. The water bowl is large and can be filled/refreshed as needed from the outdoor water spigot under the deck. During your visit, you'll find complimentary dog treats, toys, towels, wipes, poop bags and more! We also provide chilled bottled water (in a cooler) for the humans as well as sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, but they may hear you depending on your location and activity level. This means they may bark on rare occasion from inside the house. You may also hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. Two neighboring homes do have resident dogs who may outside in their own fenced yard during your visit. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces. Additional rules

It is strongly preferred that you park in the driveway rather than on the street. It is a very long drive, and the resident dogs will likely see you walk up...which means they will bark (and bark and bark) to say hello. However, if you park in the driveway on the left side close to the garage, the spoos will not be able to see you exit your vehicle. Which means...no barking! 🐩 😀

We have thousands of leaves piled up just waiting for you, your pup and other humans to come and enjoy romping in them and getting those great fall leaf photos. We have plenty of props to use for the perfect shot. We also have an agility jump, weaving poles, a hoop, stairs and slide and a dig pit perfect for expending more energy. Chairs and tables provided for you as well as toys & water for your dogs. Since we're partially fenced (3 sides) we have 20 and 30 ft tieouts if your pup's recall isn't perfect. Trash and doggie bags provided.
