1 acre, fenced front yard! (with option for HEATED pool use from May 30-Oct 1) ***POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE YET DUE TO RENOVATIONS*** Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. There is a water spigot on the front porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and there is a fence along the property line. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! I get it, I’m a parent!) Have fun and share pics! Thank you so much for enjoying our yard!

HOST NOTE

Though unlikely, it is possible for a dog to jump up onto the stonework by the driveway and then down outside of the fence to the driveway. (I’ve seen it happen one time!) Just be aware of the possibility! Typical of a residential yard like this, there will be a couple of small holes or dips in the grass from either wildlife or other dogs. Occasional muddy patches in the bare spots in winter when grass is dormant.

Pool use requires purchasing the “pool use” add on when booking which allows 1 dog and 1 human for 1 hour. Additional dogs and humans can be added as well. **if booking more than 2 dogs for the pool, I require you to come after 4pm so that the filter can clear the fur by the next morning.**

Welcome to Country Roads Canine Training Center Freedom trial! We are a small training facility with a focus on high quality work. Our trail is partially fenced- the agility area and top trail is fully fenced with the option to visit the stream and rock trail that is undergoing fencing to become fully fenced. The top trail is next to our back yard which means you might see other dogs in the yard- however there is a divider and I am just a message away and can put the training dogs inside with some notice! We may be conducting training in our other front fenced area or inside, please message if you require a totally dog free area and I can make accommodations. Our fence is made up of 4ft Cattle fencing which has smaller gap wire on the bottom and bigger on the top, some areas are fenced with varying sized pallets. The stream trail is fenced on the back area facing our neighbors. You may play in the stream but do not cross it. We are excited to share this space as a trail built JUST for dogs! The trail is jam packed with jumps and natural obstacles that your dog will LOVE! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** Some GPS may take you to Hillbrook INN- do not turn down their drive. Look for South Jefferson Elementary School and Brannon lane is directly across from there. We are the 3rd driveway down that road!

Welcome to our dog and horse haven! We are an active horse farm set on 130 acres. We have roughly 85 acres for our SniffSpot guests. While our property is not fully fenced for dogs the assigned areas are far from busy roads and take you away from the main horse area. We have friendly dogs but will gladly have them put away if you have reactive dogs or simply want alone time with your pet just let us know. We also have a fully enclosed indoor arena (sand footing) for inclement weather or dark hours. Please inquire for this availability as we do ride in this ring. Please bring baggies to clean up after your pet, it’s greatly appreciated. If you are unsure how your dog will react to horses please keep them on a leash when in close proximity for everyone’s safety.
