Description

Rustic, fun, dog friendly fenced in yard in the heart of Rochester ready for you, your pooch and your kiddos to have a fun safe and private time. We’re pretty laid-back here. We let the grass grow a little bit. We’re very into nature and keeping our animals spoiled, happy and having fun. We have tons of dog toys and kid toys. We have chairs to sit in and a water table for kiddos that I know you and your family will love.

The ground is uneven in some spots and can slope. We are also backed up to a highway wall so if your dog is sensitive to a lot of traffic, this may not be the yard for them.

Additional rules

Please park either in my driveway or on the street. Please do not engage with neighbor to the R (when facing my house from the street). Please make sure your dogs do not bark continuously for 10+minutes out of respect to neighbors. Barking while playing is understood and expected just not continuous. Please do not touch items on patio or attempt to enter the home. We do NOT have a bathroom for humans, we apologize! Please do not bring your dog if they are sick! We want to keep all dogs healthy. Please ensure your dog is up to date on all shots necessary when interacting with other dogs as we want all animals who visit to remain healthy.

I am an avid animal lover and proud Rochester native. Our yard is an all inclusive, BIPOC, AAPI, LGBTQIA+ friendly yard (despite our neighbor to the R when looking at our house from the street). I believe in DEI, fun and fur babies and can’t wait to have you come play in our yard!
