Our dog passed away in 2021 and due to health reasons we cannot have another one at this time. We love dogs and know Xena would love knowing her yard is helping other dogs get their zoomies on. NEW - Seasonally we will limit days to Sunday - Wednesday to accommodate mowers.

Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Great yard with plenty of shade, rain shelter, and a kiddie pool or sprinkler/mister for pups to cool off. Table and chairs to relax while you pup(s) enjoy. Free squirrel chasing! 😃

Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the driveway and pull all the way up - If more than two cars, please inform me in advance. *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBORS YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. There is some information for you. 1- We have parking spot for one car (you can use the driveway or also park on the street in front of the house). 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. We are a dog training facility. We offer our Sniffspot clients access to our outdoor, fully fenced, double gated dog park. Towels, hand sanitizer, and first aid kit available upon request.

Our backyard is fully fenced in with lots of running room! There are seatings available for pet parents to rest while your pup runs around! Our yard gets plenty of sun and also some shaded areas. Our spot is pesticide free and well maintained! Some treats and toys will be available, please help yourselves!
